Do you cover import duties and customs fees?

Within the Schengen area, no import duties apply. Outside Schengen, duties may be charged by local customs.

To support international teams, we offer an Import Duties Offset Program: up to 15% of your order value is returned as a credit toward your next order. Simply send us your official customs invoice (as proof of duties paid), and we’ll apply the credit to your next order, reducing the amount due.

Conditions: Up to €5,000 in duties covered per order. Credit applies only to your next order within 6 months and is not cumulative. Unused credit is forfeited after each order. Max redemption is capped at 20% of your next order value. Bulk orders only. Shopify fulfillment orders excluded. Import duties are paid by the end customer.

Example 1 - Partial Use of Credit:

Order: €3,000 → Credit earned: €450

Next order: €1,000 → Max redeemable (20%): €200

You pay: €800

(€250 credit expires)

Example 2 - Full Use of Credit:

Order: €4,000 → Credit earned: €600

Next order: €3,500 → Max redeemable (20%): €700

You pay: €2,900

(Full €600 credit used)
